Competition Tuesday is on!  We did a workout similar to this one about 3 weeks ago. Same format, different movements. It’s a new month with new goals and new challenges. Let’s get to it!

Competition Tuesday (Fundamentals & Performance)
Strength:
-5 Rep on Deadlift (+5-10 lbs)

Get as far as possible in the time allowed:
-20 Dumbbell Snatches
-15 Burpees
-15 Box Jumps
-20 OH Dumbbell Lunges
-15 AbMat Situps, weighted
-15 WallBalls
-20 Dumbbell Snatches

2:00 AMRAP
Rest 2:00
4:00 AMRAP
Rest 2:00
6:00 AMRAP
