The weather is getting nice as we approach October which means as it gets cooler, we tend to drink less water than the summer time. So, make sure you are drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water. So a 150lb person should drink at least 75 ounces of water.  We are guilty of this too, so let’s keep each other accountable.

Also in October, we are going to designate every Tuesday as bring a friend day. Got someone interested?  BRING EM!  The dates are the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th.
