Friday is here and we get back to moving some weight. This week we have had some rough workouts and everyone has come out the other side as a stronger version of themselves and we are proud of you all! So, we’re taking a slower approach and just moving some weight.
-Work up to a heavy single on Front Squat
-Remaining time is spent on learning the Snatch.
-Work to a heavy single on Squat Clean
-Work to a heavy single on Jerk from the rack.
