-Shoulder Strength

Partners alternate until both complete 3 rounds:
-150m Run
-5 Box Jumps
Then,
Partners alternate until both complete 3 rounds:
-10 Situps
-10 Air Squats

*only one partner will be working at one time, so there will be rest in this workout
