Another week closer to the Open which means we have to put some focus on areas we KNOW that’ll show up in the Open.

Swink Fundamentals
-Shoulder Strength

-3×5 Back Squats, +5lbs
-Pullups, 2×Max Rep Negatives (up to 10)

4 Rounds of:
-1:00 of Pullups/modified Pullups
-1:00 of Air Squats

Swink Performance
-Shoulder Strength

-4×3 Back Squats @85%
-2×Max Unbroken Pullups

8:00 EMOTM
Odd Rounds:
-8 Touch and Go Snatch (adjust weight as needed, but tough)
Even Rounds:
-15-20 Unbroken WallBalls (20/14)


Your new wall of cubbies AKA “The Swink Wall” is complete. Only a sliding door left to be added. Painting happens this week!
