Monday AT HOME WORKOUT

We unfortunately had to miss a day of training by canceling all classes today. However, we will be open from 4-6pm for an Open Gym.

If you are wanting to move, we would like for you to try this workout out and let us know how it goes in the comments!

Warm Up
3 Rounds of (perform thoroughly, not fast):
-1:00 Jumping Jacks
-1:00 High Plank
-5 Pushups + Downdog
-10 Supermans
-10 Deep Lunges

Workout:
15:00 AMRAP
2, 4, 6, 8…etc Reps of:
-Air Squats
-Burpees
-AbMat Situps*

*Use a towel or sweater rolled up and use the same way a AbMat would be used.
