First, we’d like to apologize for all the canceling. We feel terrible but we would much rather be safe than sorry.  Thank you all for understanding.

Also, this Thursday, PLEASE make it out to the gym to watch the Open announcement. It starts at 7pm and we know it’s late, but we plan on covering a lot. We are going to go over strategy, technique, and test run the workout a bit to see what is in store for us.  There will most likely be a lot to cover so try not to miss it!

Lastly, that brings us to Friday. We’d like to have ALL of you there that night if possible. We plan on having a large group to encourage and cheer for everyone. This also let’s us try and get as many of you to get your scores in as possible. We have over 25 of you signed up!!!  That’s pretty exciting. Friday we plan on opening at 3:30 and will start heats around 5:30.  Of course, if you have to come in before then or after that, you most certainly can, in order to get your workout done.
