Last retest everyone! 

Final test, final challenge for the week and then we take a recovery week.  We can’t wait to see new challenges and new PRs! 

Also, if no one has signed up for the August 22nd event, please hold off for the time being. We’ll explain later.

Repeat 3 times:
Every 8:00, you must complete
-400m Run
Then with remaining time, AMRAP of
-5 Burpees
-10 WallBalls
-15 Jump Ropes (Singles or Doubles)

Swink Fundamentals & Performance
-Shoulder Strength
-Glute Strength

“Rage” retest
For Time
10-8-6-4-2 reps of:
-Deadlifts
-Hang Cleans
-Front Squat
-Shoulder 2 Overhead
