Monday was fun…AKA rough, but who doesn’t love a little “hey, I’m alive ’cause I can hear and feel my hearbeat” type of workout every now and then.  Now, if you haven’t seen it yet, be sure to check out our Member of the Month post by clicking here

-10 C2B/Pullups/Ring Rows
-15 Burpees
-20 Lunges* (10/leg)

*Lunges will either be:
-weighted with dumbbells by your side
-front rack lunges with bar or dumbbells
-overhead lunges with bar or dumbbells
