No Hero workout today everyone, as we plan on saving that for Murph on Monday. Instead, we will have our normal 4-8 Open Gym.

Skill work

Choose from the following and place them in a workout focused on that skill:
-Kipping, for Pullups

-Double Unders

Workout template:
5 Rounds of:
-(your chosen skill) for 15 Reps
-200m Run
-10 Burpees

Skill Workout:
4 Rounds not for time:
-5/arm KB Snatches
-15 GHD Situps
-30sec Handstand Hold/30ft Handstand Walk
