Today we do a Hero workout, the first of its kind. It’s to celebrate the founding of the United States Army in 1775. The first time this workout was released was this Tuesday, the 14th. It’s a brand new one, we’d love you all to come join us. We’ll start the workout as close to 5pm as possible, so show up a bit before to get moving and warmed up before hand.

Unload the Barbell and carry it 200m away. Go back and grab one plate and carry it 200m away. Go back and grab the last plate, carry it 200m, load the bar and start round 2.
