These Olympics are very stressful!  Did anyone what the swimming from Monday night?!  That was intense!  

We are doing a small run today everyone, 200m. We know it’s hot outside so please (A) wear appropriate clothing, nothing too hot and (B) HYDRATE!

-200m Run 

-18 WallBalls 

-16 Ring Dips

-14 Box Jumps (24/20)


-4×12 WallBall throws in a “boat” position, you’ll need a partner
