Monday was fun, being Labor Day and having everyone in the gym. It’s always nice to have that many faces in the gym at one time!  

Today, we find out what the first week of Team Series workouts are.  After today, we’ll have a better idea of scheduling, what workouts can be done following each other, if any, and what the RX and Scaled options are. 

Also, our Member of the Month for September will be posted today, so be checking back for that.
