Hey guys, sorry yesterday was so tough, but it was a good blood flow workout to get the recovery process started!  Today we focus on some positions, strength work and small muscle groups. Let’s get it…

Swink Fundamentals 

-Hip Mobility 

Strength:

-6×3 Deadlifts, 3 sec pause at the knee, @75-80%, rest 1:00 between sets

-6×6 Seated Strict Press, bar or DB, tough!, rest 1:00 between sets

4 Sets of:

-12 Bent Over Rows, tough as possible

-30 sec Chinup hold + Max Chinups

Rest 1:30 between sets

-4×20 Straight Arm Lat Pulldowns with a band

Core:

-3×15 Hanging Strict Straight Leg Raises 

**the goal for today is just to get through as much of this as you can, so no worries if you miss some of it….JUST DON’T SKIP THE CORE!!

The set up is key…that’s the focus of today’s deadlifts, to make the set up stronger
