What a first day back to training, ya?!  Well, we have another great one on the books, so, here we go:

Swink Fundamentals 

-Hip Mobility 

Strength:

-6×3 Deadlifts, 3 sec pause at the knee, 70% rest 1:00 between sets

-3×10/arm Seated DB Press, 1 arm works the other holds the DB in the front rack

These should take about 20:00 total. If there is anything not done, you can finish after the workout 

3 Rounds For Time (12:00 cutoff):

-7 Power Snatches, RX (95/65) RX+(135/95)
-15 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20

-30 WallBalls
