– In between sets, do up to 15 seated DB Presses, tough 

-3×20 Banded Lat Pulldowns

For Time:

-50 Thrusters, RX (95/65)

Core:

-3×15/side Band Presses, in a lunge, the knee that is down is closest to the rig
