Hey everyone, hope you all had a great weekend and are planning on having a great 4th of July this Tuesday. 

So today and tomorrow (Monday & Tuesday) we are going to have a slightly modified schedule for the holiday. For Monday, we will be having the 5:30am, 9:00am and 4:30pm classes. However, if you know you’re not able to get to the gym by those times and could possibly be there by 5:20-ish pm, please give us a shout so we can see how many would be coming at that time and see if we can put a class together. Please let us know!!!

Tuesday, the 4th, we will be doing one large class at 9:00am we encourage you all to be at as we take on a hero workout that morning. It’s a great way to kick off your Indenpendance Day by honoring a fallen.
