If you did not catch day 1, the leaderboard and the performances have been impressive and confusing all at the same time. No worries, it’s only been 1 day and we hope you all are as excited as we are about it all.

You guys get to take on a workout that the teens and masters are doing on Saturday. Their workout consists of a vest and probably a wider box than we have, but none the less, we take it on!

-24 Air Squats
-12 Burpees Box Jump Overs, 30″
*All done in a weight vest if you have one.
-3×15-20 Box Step Ups/leg
-3×Max Strict HSPU + Max Kipping HSPU (if capable)
