Well what a good day Monday was. Tough workouts and even more tough people. You guys are getting stronger on the daily and we couldn’t be more proud of you.

Now, don’t forget to mark your calendars for Saturday, Aug. 19th as we will be having the following in the gym:

(1) Free community workout at 9:45am

(2) Shopping, including gear for your workouts such as knee sleeves and gymnastics grips

(3) Food tasting from Mach 1 Foods and a Nutrition Lecture following the workout that you won’t want to miss!
