We’ve had the same lifts for the past 2 weeks and the same applies to today. Having said that, you should have a good idea of what jumps to make in weight and how many reps it takes to get you there. Let’s try and be as efficient with time as we can so we can make sure to have time for your workout. Thanks everyone!
