Hey guys, as most of you are wrapping up the week 1 of the Team Series, we still have a few needing to get these workouts in. Today is a great opportunity to do 1 or more. We will be at the gym starting at 8am and you’re more than welcome to come at anytime to do those workouts. However, 9:45am partner class is still on.

As a relay with a partner, complete the following:

-200m Run each

-20 Pushups

-20 Pikes

-20 Hurdle Jumps

Then,

-500m Row each

4 Rounds total of:

-10 Pushups

-10 Pikes

-10 Hurdle Jumps

Then,

-20 Calorie Bike

6 Rounds total of:

-5 Pushups

-5 Pikes

-5 Hurdle Jumps
