-10 Kneeling Jumps
-6 Unbroken Deadlifts, RX (225/165)
-12 Kipping HSPU
*either every 10:00 or 15:00, run 1 Mile
Yes guys, today will be tough, uncomfortable, but I truly believe everyone is capable. I know you guys can put initial upset aside about doing a longer run workout and get through, we believe in you. You got this.
