So, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Today, we learn kipping for both the HSPU and the Pullup. Not only that, but butterfly as well as C2B for those who are capable. Then, putting it in a workout.
– Shoulder Mobility
-Kipping of all sorts
2, 4, 6, 8, etc
-HSPU, not worried about depth, instead, the technique is th focus. However, the technique must be challenged in order to grow, so aim for as close to a flat mat as possible
4, 8, 12, 16, etc
-Pullups, if possible C2B
