Strength:

Every 4:00 for 4 Rounds

-400m Run

-20-30 Strict Pushups, controlled, deficit if possible

4 Rounds For Time (12:00 cutoff):

-3 Deadlifts, RX (65%) RX+(up to 85%)

-30 Double Unders, RX+(60)

Core:

-50 GHD Situps, as few stops as possible
