Christmas is almost here and I hope you all are ready for family time and some rest and relaxation….for some at least. Just as a reminder, next Monday and Tuesday we will be closed for the holidays.
Don’t forget to make all your suggestions for our weight loss program by writing your thoughts, ideas, concerns, etc., on the whiteboard at the gym.
As we did last week, this week we will not be posting the workout as we want you all to never stray away from a challenge. No, we’re not running. No, we’re not biking or rowing a 5K. No, it’s not the hardest workout you’ve ever done.
Just changing the paces a little is all.
