Well, Squat Cleans are done boy they didn’t disappoint. Everyone seem to get a dose of wobble legs!

Today, we slow down a bit, do some strength work and accessory work and have a lot of laughs, all essential to gains, duh.

-Hamstring Mobility

Strength:

-Build to heavy 5 Rep on Sumo Deadlift. We did this setup 2 weeks ago and if you know that weight, add 5-10lbs to that.

-take 80% of that, do 3×8

-3×8-10 Single Leg RDLs, landmine setup

-3×200-300ft Farmers Walk, as tough as possible

-Accumulate 3:00-5:00 in a weighted march
