What grit. What determination our February member of the month has. Keri Payne is one of our Swink Sweat ladies, and her fearless attitude and infectious energy have definitely caught our eye lately. So many people modify movements they’re scared of, but not Keri. She dives in head first to every workout we throw at her. She may look at you like you’re crazy and throw you a side eye, but then she puts her head down and puts the work in! She is impressive on so many levels, and funny as hell! If you don’t know her, you better get to know her. You will thank us later. Congratulations, strong lady! Keep up the good work!
The people. Hands down. Even when I get yelled at for using too heavy of a weight on pillow talks.
All the heavy lifting. In Sweat we don’t do as much as Fundamentals but I looooove it. Muscles are sexy y’all!
Box jumps. These are my nemesis! If anyone has any tips I’d love to hear them!
What’s your favorite
Roasted squash and zucchini. Sometimes I add fish, broccoli or green beans. If you want to be super lazy get the precut packages in the produce department.
Chips and salsa. Always.
Don’t be intimidated by how everyone seems so good at everything. We all have days where we feel like we’re going to throw up or die. I’m still almost always a little sore somewhere. I’m not gonna say it really ever gets easy, but you can do it and just know we are all there with you.
