Also, next Wednesday we will have the TooFit supplement guys back in the building sampling their products. Also, next Saturday we run a 5K in town, so no classes that Saturday. Come join us for this run and get a time for it as well.
-Warmup with Hamstring Mobility
Every 3:00 for 5 Rounds
-3 Deficit Deadlifts, 3-4″ at about 80% or more, build across sets if possible
-Tabata Jumping Lunges
2 Rounds of:
-30 sec side plank/side
-10 Rollover V-Sits
