First we want to say thank you to all of our veterans. We will never forget your service and we are all forever thankful.

This week, SOMEONE HAS TO be brave enough to do the 1:00 AMRAP and post it, right?! Who wouldn’t want a free FitAid?!! I mean, it’s only 1:00, right!

Also, we are going to do a Black Friday sale you won’t want to miss.

Finally, next week we will be doing an adjusted schedule because of Thanksgiving so be looking for that. We do 1 class Thanksgiving morning, before all the turkey eating, so come join us!
