Each day you come in, we want you all as a class to go on a little jog/run. Support is the name of the game here! Then, at the end of the week, tally up your amount and whatever that amount is, your goal is to then do more the following week. You keep adding each week as this challenge goes on. Simple.

-Max Strict Ring Dips

Thursday Open Gym

Tabata of each:

-Back rack reverse Lunges, RX (75/55)

-Situps

-Box Jump overs, RX (24/20)

-DB Hang Power Snatch, RX (50/35), switch hands each interval

Rest 2:00 between each movement

Friday

3 Rounds For Time:

-400m Run

-21 Pullups

-12 OHS, RX (135/95)

Saturday

10 Rounds For Time w/ a partner:

-50 Double Unders

-10 Toes 2 Bar

-5 Bench Press, RX (185/125)
