Hope everyone had a great Father’s Day and we are ready to see you all back in the gym this week!

-25/20 Calorie Bike

Thursday Open Gym

In 20:00, find:

-near a 1RM Deadlift from 2″ blocks. Weights will be 2″ off the ground. Take no more than 8 attempts

Friday

7 Rounds For Time:

-7 Thrusters, RX (115/75)

-7 Pullups

Saturday

20:00 AMRAP with a partner:

-400m Run, together

P1: 0:20 L-Hang

P2: Max Strict Ring Dips
