Labor Day is on it’s way and we are modifying our schedule for that day. We will only have one class that day, 9am.

Finally, we are having our End of Summer get together on September 14th. If you haven’t got the invite yet, please let us know so we can add you to the list. We would love you ALL to be there if possible!

2:00 rest (during the rest, do 75 Single Unders)

Thursday Open Gym

Every 4:00 for 5 sets:

-Front Squats, 2-4-6-8-10 reps

-132ft Handstand Walk

Saturday

2 Rounds For Time with a partner:

-75 Toes 2 Bar, accumulated

-100 Double Unders, each

-75 Synchro Air Squats

-200m Run, each
