Every 3:00 for 7 sets:

-3 Push Jerks + 1 Split Jerk, challenging weight but should build

3 Rounds NOT For Time:

-12 Renegade Rows

-20 V-ups

Thursday Open Gym

Each For Time:

-1000m Row
