Guys, 20.2 is almost to a close and we are so very proud of you all this Open. So many of you are accomplishing some amazing feats this year and it’s amazing to watch, congrats everyone!

As for this week, 20.3 is bound to bring even more challenges and we know you all will rise to the challenge. Come in this Friday evening to cheer on your fellow athletes during what is sure to be a “good one”

Thursday Open Gym

If you’re coming in to the gym today to workout, consider doing a lower heart rate, slow paced cardio workout for 20 minutes or more to keep the body moving but getting some active recovery.
