Swink Sweat is our version of high-energy, 60 minute class that blends a fast-paced cardio workout with interval weight training. Similar to a bootcamp or sport camp, this class is perfect for the athlete looking for a non-stop, action-packed hour of exercise, without the heavy weightlifting.
Sweat is great for anyone just starting a fitness routine or program. All ages, all fitness levels and all genders are welcome. In this class, we focus on getting the “out of shape” back into “shape” with a good amount of variety in our program. We use body weight movements such as pushups and squats, to lighter weight training such as dumbbell presses. We also make sure to add in a mixture of cardiovascular movements like rowing, running or jump roping.
